Board meeting minutes, Saturday, May 21, 2011

The meeting began at 12::30 p.m. Present were: Bob Wiley – President, , Ronalyn Hurley – Acting Treasurer and Membership Coordinator, Laura Liggett – Secretary, Milli Jewell – Publicity Coordinator. Absent was Paula Kennedy Treasurer and Membership Coordinator, Betsy Fraser - Vice President, Patricia Daugherty -- Education Coordinator., Tabitha McKeever - Member at large

Treasurer’s and Membership reports: Ronalyn reported that the guild has $8300.00 in its account. We have 48 paid members.

Future meetings:
Laura Liggett – flowers with fabric and liquid clay
Lanette Holland – foil transfer beads

Education Report: Because of the retreat this fall, there are no other classes scheduled for this year.

Publicity Bob will contact Glynna re sales outside on her shop. Milli is working on the October Sale.

Retreat - Publicity is on Facebook and at the Yahoo site.

Challenge for this Fall at the retreat will be Vessels.

Ronalyn will get a copy of the Bylaws to the Board.

The meeting adjourned @ 12:50 pm.
