Board meeting minutes, Saturday July 16, 2011

The meeting began at 12::00 p.m. Present were: Bob Wiley – President, Betsy Fraser - Vice-President, Paula Kennedy – Treasurer and Membership Coordinator, Laura Liggett – Secretary, Milli Jewell – Publicity Coordinator, Patricia Daugherty -- Education Coordinator., Tabitha McKeever - Member at large.

Treasurer’s and Membership reports: Paula Kennedy reported that the guild has $8664.15 in its account. We have 47 paid members.

Future meetings:
August - Mindi - Sea Horse Sculpture
September - Betsy
October - Bob
November - Laura
Education Report: Because of the retreat this fall, there are no other classes scheduled for this year.
Sarah Shriver last weekend in March 2012.

Publicity Bob will contact Glynna re sales outside on her shop. Milli is working on the October Sale.

Retreat - Publicity is on Facebook and at the Yahoo site.

Challenge for this Fall at the retreat will be Vessels.

The meeting adjourned @ 12:55 pm.
