Welcome to our Library

We have a new libraian

Minday Rothgeb

The guild has a extensive library which guild memebers can check out materials and view, our policy for checking out materials is as follows:

HOUSTON POLYMER CLAY GUILD
LIBRARY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

The librarian will create and maintain an inventory of all materials. This inventory will be available to the guild members via the website.

Deposit of a $40 signed, undated, check is required for every tape or DVD to be checked out.

You are allowed to mail the items to the librarian, but you are responsible for confirmation/insurance.

If you are going to miss a meeting, you may contact the librarian, or a board member, to renew the item.

You are allowed to renew any item no more than 2 times.

If an item is late, the librarian will attempt to contact the person. Once an item is two weeks late, the deposit check will be cashed.

If someone leaves the guild with outstanding library items, we cash the check!

Checks must be undated. The librarian must have a current check before any item can be checked out.

If there is a request for an item that is checked out, the two parties must work it out.
